Mosey to Oak Hill (aka THE NORTH POLE)
While listening to NSYNC’s Christmas classic “Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays” – we SSH then did a burpee whenever we heard Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays. Walking hamstring stretch then side groin stretch before moving into 12 Days of Christmas… add 1 exercise each time with my Christmas playlist as our soundtrack.
1: Run up to the top of Oak Hill (North Pole) and back
