Mosey to soccer fields
Stopping for 8 x merkins & 8 x Y squat along the way
Pyramid of 4/8/12/16/16/12/8/4 reps of each exercise – merkins/prisoner squats/8ct bodybuilders/double count side straddle hops
Run across the soccer field and up the hill to touch the fence in between sets.
Mosey back to CoT stopping along the way for 21 x high leg raise

Naked Man Moleskin:
We avoided most of the rain, but it was still a cold and wet morning. It felt great to be done with the workout – both physically and mentally.
