The Friday after Thanksgiving and there were no takers on a run (I guess no PAX ate too much and needed to burn off some calories)? Well, there was an FNG, who braved the cold and lack of other PAX to jog around Dunwoody with Seles.
Warm up:
10 Side Straddle Hops, 10 Toy Soldiers, 10 Hairy Rockettes, 10 Imperial Walkers i.c.
The Thang:
Run southeast on Dunwoody Village Parkway then left onto Mt. Vernon
Right at St. Lukes onto Vermack (YHC pointed out the Dunwoody High School AO to the FNG as we ran by and the 5:30 am T & Th day/times – and the frequent coupon use)
Right on Womack at the HS to Chamblee Dunwoody
Right on Chamblee Dunwoody back to the Shroom

Naked Man Moleskin:
Encouraged the FNG to come to Dunwoody Nature Center for the Saturday morning bootcamp beatdown at 7 am tomorrow and he said he would be there. He asked about less running, and I promised him that Bibo does not like to run as much as YHC and there would be less running. I waited to do the FNG naming ceremony until we had a quorum; hopefully, tomorrow at DNC if he shows up!
