Indian Run up the hill and back, heading to the turf field.
The Thang:
Thang 1:
3 man grinder – 2 stations 10 yards apart, with 3rd pax moving in between
- Station 1 = merkins
- Station 2 = squats
Pax 3 duck walk between stations, switching out once he arrives to the other station.
Thang 2:
Circle Burps – Hold Al Gore as one pax does 3 burpees, then the next pax does 3 burpees, and so on.
After going round the circle, all pax bear crawl around the circle.
Repeat with 2 burpees each, then crab walk, repeat one more time with 1 burpee each
Thang 3:
Indian run back to parking lot for 11s of Bonnie Blairs + Side Lunges
