Mosey to corner for 11s: wall jumps + dips

Mosey to track for YHC to reveal a tiny piece of paper with lots of exercises in a small font (no papercuts occurred during today’s workout).  Mostly did 11s (or 22s or a surprise #) because today is 11/11 – also Veteran’s Day, so be sure to thank any veterans you know!  We’d do a few exercises, run, more exercises, repeat – basically kept moving the full time.  Exercises included:
