YHC opted to kick off the 1st F tour of Atlanta at the Pulpit on a crisp 40 degree Monday, and it just does not get better than this. 9 PAX joined YHC as i went through the paces down in the Buckhead valley. So many options and so little time.

The Thang:
The PAX looked hungry, so YHC served a quarter pounder (in fact a double) as the only thing better than on QP is two of them.
The Quarter Pounder is simple enough, run to the 25 yard line, do 25 of something, and run back to the goal line (backwards), run to the 50 yard line, do 50of something, and run back to the goal line (backwards),run to the far 25 yard line, do 75 of something, and run back to the goal line (backwards), run to the far goal line , do 100 of something, and run back to the goal line (backwards).
Round 1: Merkins (25), Bonnie Blairs (50), Plank Jacks (75) and LBCs (100)
Round 2: HRMs (25), Squats (50), SSH (75), and Low Dolly (100)
Alternating lunge walking (10 yards) and HRMs (5 reps) to midfield.
Mosey to the center of the field for some Mary (all IC and x15):

- Obliques (left and right)
- Big Boy Situps (OYO)
- Big Block Alphabet (OYO)
Mosey to the sideline and partner up for Wheel Barrows across the field. YHC intended for Partner 1 to go part way and then Partner 2 would take over. Apparently YHC underestimated the stamina of the men of “The Pulpit”, so Partner 1 went all the way across and Partner 2, came all the way back.
Mosey down the driveway to the bottom and then alternating lunge walk and inch worm up to the top.

YHC discussed the Man-date Mandate and the reasoning behind it. We also talked about various 2ndF events coming up in the near term.
Congrats to Flathead on getting permission to ask his girlfriend to marry him (now he just has to convince her!!)
