Mosey to the active oval, with stops for dips and wall jumps
Route 66 – run between 4 stations (positioned around one quarter of the oval. Start at one rep at each station, and then 2 reps each, and so on until you hit 11 reps at each station. This adds up to 66 total reps at each.
Station 1: Burpees
Station 2: Big Boy Sit Ups
Station 3: Standing lunges (each leg)
Station 4: Stone Mountain Pushups
Our stations were far enough apart that we covered nearly 4 miles over the workout, and we ran out of time to finish all the reps at the oval. The 11s were done as stops during the mosey back to the flag.

Prayers for Kenmore’s wife’s Aunt, who had to go to the hospital for with stroke-like symptoms, and for Polaroid’s 2 older neighbors that also are in the hospital for non-COVID-19 reasons.
We also lifted up all the medical professionals who have to balance this with all the other stuff that comes in the door.
